Come relax and enjoy the fall season in this 10-week course of painting “in the open air.” The experience of painting out doors, rather than in the studio, was central to Impressionism. Beginning and Intermediate students will learn travel tricks as well as various painting techniques in order to develop small and medium paintings based on observational drawings. Watercolor, acrylic and oil media are welcome.

Illustrating A Grimm's Fairy Tale (Course No:  10FAM120A) Instructor : Jean Diver

Time: Th from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM

This class will help you create your own version of illustrations of your favorite story from Grimm's.  Composition, design and content of pictures will be explored before developing final images.  Some computer skills required for final presentation, but other options can be explored.

Prerequisite:  Basic Drawing class.
